Tori Van Pelt - Founder / 10u Team Manager
Tori Van Pelt is the passionate founder and president of Carolina Wild Softball. With a heart for mentorship and a deep love for the game, Tori created the organization to empower young female athletes through faith, character development, and competitive softball. Her vision is rooted in building strong, confident leaders on and off the field. Tori combines years of leadership, coaching, and community service with a mission to inspire the next generation through Christ-centered values and teamwork.
Will Van Pelt - Co-Founder
Will Van Pelt is the co-founder of Carolina Wild Softball and serves as the head coach of the 10U team. With a strong background in athletics and youth development, Will brings energy, encouragement, and a teaching-first mindset to the field. He is passionate about helping young players build fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game. As both a coach and mentor, Will is committed to creating a positive, growth-focused environment where every athlete can thrive.
